I’m went to the store to pick up my order it’s not ready after like 18hours and after they recognized actually they don’t even have it!After I got upset and the store manager very rude after left me and doesn’t help!I never going that store anymore!

The sales associate “helping” me and my male friend was very judgmental. My male friend was trying to pick out something for himself, a ring, bracelet, or chain. When we asked to see the rings in my friends size, the associate turned to look at him and said “wait, this is FOR YOU?” And started to shake his head and smirk. When my friend asked to see the link me bracelet, the associate ignored him and said that they have leather bracelets instead, as if the link me bracelets were not for men to wear. He disregarded my friends request and started to show us things that he thought were more “manly”. As he was showing us jewelry he looked unhappy to be there. The employee began to ask my friend personal questions which made him very uncomfortable. I believe employees should be more open minded what jewelry men “could” wear. Anyone can wear what they want and a sales associate should not be judgmental about a customer’s likes.

Scam, I bought me link bracelet, silver color, girl charge me 95$ when she supposed to charge 65$ she said my bracelet was longer but actually I chose the shorter one,I know this for sure cause the put two bracelets on my arm, I have tiny wrist and I told her I need shorter one just cause I am from a different country and couldn’t explain myself she decided that she can charge more. And she was already busy with other customer. It happened in pandora store near the macys New York

I purchased 2 charms to add to my bracelet. The sales assiciate ofdered to clean 3 pandora charms which i already owned. After cleaned, the associate handed me back 2 charms. I inquiried about my 3rd charm and the associ stated that I had only given her 2 charms. Unpon the review of the security footage and after much agrument, it was confirmed by the store manager that indeed 3 charms were given. The manager left without a resolution and the assistant noted that as a courtesy, they would give me a $40 which could only be applied to discounted item. i was not satisfied with the proposed remediation, as this was not a courtesy, my item was lost and there was no intent to resolve the issue. I was told that they would call back in order to resolve the problem once the store was opened the next day and have yet to receive a call. Although there was proof in the security footage that my charm was lost, no one took the situation seriosuly. This took place at the harold square store in manhattan and the associate, Michelle and her manager Katrina left a lot to be desired from a customer experience, leaving my no desire to ever go back to a pndora store and i felt mistreated.

The sales associate was very unfriendly and not helpful. She was rude when we asked her questions. Also, she did not help us to wear on the charms to our bracelets but just standing over there and watching us to do it by ourselves. Our family is a big fan of Pandora and we purchased lots of items. This was an extremely unacceptable and upset service ever.

Made a huge purchase and the associate didn’t asked questions that qualified me for a discount. Went back the next day to purchase more items and get a price adjustment. The staff had an attitude and said it is what it is. With no hopes in resolving any issues or wanting a return customer. They didn’t help at all.

Called and was told you had the item I was looking for, get there and I'm told it was on hold for a pick up order...if that was the cade it should not have come up in the system as available, that was a waste of my time coming there

The wait to go inside the store was really long and they don’t seem to care about the long line outside that awaits them. Also when going in on top of waiting outside I had to wait inside as well.Then, the attitude of the worker wasn’t pleasant because she lack knowledge with regards to the process; she was trying to charge me 12.50 extra when I just wanted to exchange a ring.

Katrina was not professional and took personal calls while assisting us. She did not know the details of the jewelry we wanted to look at as well.
