The sales assistant was quite rude and seemed to be agitated by the fact that a colleague had asked her to help me and by the fact that I could not make up my mind. The purchase was a gift so I had to be sure I was making the correct choice. I then asked the sales assistant to gift wrap it for me, to which I was ignored and she just placed the box in a bag. When asking again for it to be gift wrapped her reply was that they did not have any. ☹️

Guy on the front door was great, very helpful and got a shop assistant to help me. The shop assistant was distant, I tried to make small talk she wasn't interested, no eye contact given, she was too occupied looking around at everyone else, she dropped the ring on the floor, no apology given ..... got the impression she didn't want to be there. Never experienced this in Pandora before but I definitely wouldn't go back to this store. But guy on the front door was so welcoming it's a shame within 5 minutes of being in the store that all changed.

The sales associate looked like she hated her job.She was not understanding wheb i try to explain some of the charms tend to loose there color and fade . she brushed me off her body langaue was off .

The first time I visited store was eart in morning I was very satisfied with service and was seen to straight away, I purchased a ring. I returned later in the day with my sister to purchase 2 NYC apple charms, there were different staff on, who were just talking amongst themselves and totally ignored the fact that we were there. Left without buying anything!!

I ordered three charms for Valentine’s Day where one was free. I exchanged the free one but was charged an additional money but the free charm was less than the original two charms I purchased. The associate that took over like she was the manager was rude and didn’t know what she was saying. Mind you I walked in they told me to stand on line for 25 min to then tell me all walk in’s have to sign in. Pick up orders and two people came in and was seen before me who were of a different race and that was a problem. When I explain how I wasent suppose to get charged she said I was wrong hen said I had to wait while she called her district t manager but I couldn’t due to me catching my train after a long days work to New Jersey. I am out my additonal money and I revived the worst experience.

I walked in and no one welcomed me in when there were workers free. When asked for an item the brought it to me, but accidentally dropped it on the floor and I picked it up for her and she sells me that exact one! Like uhhh what the heck! You should be giving me a new one that you didn’t drop!

Mario G No. 19675 lack of customer service care was very disappointing, I have never experienced this level of apathy and low energy at any Pandora store before. We almost left without purchasing for the second time due to the bad customer service two days in a row but we wanted the New York charm as a memento for our visit. Our experience in New York was great and much different from our experience at this particular store. Very disappointing and uncharacteristic of your company.

I bought $100 bracelet that day and the manager refuse to clean it for me, and it was obvious it was very dirty. He stated it was because they were offering a free bracelet and they’re really busy. I Explained to him it was my birthday and I wanted to wear at night. He still said no. The store was also extremely extremely hot. I am from Florida and it must’ve been about 98° in there. When we shared with the manager, he just brushed us off. Overall, the manager was just a jerk. The sales associate that helped me was nice.
