There were way too many employees at work in such a small store, there were at least seven or something. They were all chatting and didn´t show any interest in me. They did not at all seem happy when I asked for some help. I felt unwanted as a customer.

The sales woman waiting on me told me they didn’t have my ring size and that i should buy the ring smaller because in the summer it’ll fit better because my fingers are swollen now in the winter. Unaware of what she said i bought It to realize the next day it was cutting off my circulation

My 16 year old daughter attempted to purchase an item from this particular location during the holiday and she went to use her credit card and they told her they don’t except credit cards now i find that strange so I stopped at this location and made a purchase and my form of payment was a credit card so I have a problem with the way my daughter was treated her credit card had her name on it chase visa so there was no reason that my daughter had to go searching for an atm to pay cash

The sales assistant looked at her nails, was unclear with her direction for us to move to the register and said "come come come" instead of politely asking us to move to the register. She had conversations with another staff member while serving us and was singing to the music playing in the store.

The sales associate that we had was very rude and was trying to hurry us along without showing us anything. I understand it was a busy time; we were more than willing to wait online in the cold just to get inside the store. The associate also added clips to the bracelet without giving us the option and said we needed that product. That was something we should have been able to decide. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant first experience at Pandora but we ended up leaving and having spent over $400 because of the product, not the service.

The sales associate was not friendly to me. Impatient on me looking at the other stuff. I was traveling and didn’t have my credit card for purchase and the initial associate was like we can’t help you. With an attitude.

The sales associates were unfriendly and scruffy. They were more interested in getting Ricky Martin on the sound system than they were customer satisfaction. There was a girl at the door but she never mentioned there was a queue so we stood in the store as we would at home looking at the merchandise. We found what we wanted and waited for an available clerk. A blonde man who had been listening to our chat gave some info about an offer then told us quite abruptly there was a queue and we weren't allowed to cut. We were very embarrassed about this as we would not dream of cutting and had the girl at the door told us this our embarrassment would have been avoided

They didn’t have my size for the ring. The sales associate wasn’t helpful and didn’t recommend any other options.

Salesperson did not greet me and seemed put out when I asked her to show me charms in a specific color. She also sucked on a lollipop the entire time she was with me. She seemed more interested in the lollipop than in making a sale.

the sales associates were very rude and inattentive. They almost treated me like they don't even see me. It was first time for me to shot at Pandora and I don't think i will shop at Pandora again.
