when i was ready to purchase my item, the customer service consultant was having a chatty conversation with another staff and customer and i was standing there waiting for her to stop so that I could pay for the item.

The lady who hepled us was not nice at all. She was not patient when we were making the decision of which charm to buy, and her face showed how upset she was when we paid her with cash and coins. She threw some hand sanitizer on even before giving me the receipt, so the receipt was all covered in hand sanitizer. I was highly disappointed with the service.

I have to remind sales associates arrive to give me the sale price. Never smiled or make me feel I am wasting her time. I promised my daughter a charm - otherwise I will not have bothered to deal with the sales associates.

Hello I always go to the store on 34 th Street ny , well my sales guys that I always deal with is not working there anymore, and the one that took care of me had an attitude and was telling me if I didn’t know my own daughters birth stones I really wanted something else , but got a different thing and I really wasn’t happy. I don’t think o will go back to that store again.

There store seemed cramped and hectic. the assistant who served me wasn't really that bothered i knew sort of what i wanted but she didn't really engage wit me. I also noticed she had a lot of jewellery on but none of it appeared to be Pandora!!! My usual experience ion the UK is the store is spotless all the assistants are pristine and all wear Pandora Jewelry and are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic of the product

When I entered the store I was asked what I was looking for. I stated a New York charm. The associate told me one moment someone would help me. She came back a minute later and asked me if I knew which one I wanted and I said no I'd like to see them all to help me decide. She then walked off and helped another customer, she was very rude. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I asked the manager at that point to have someone help me and she said she would, again I waited and as I was ready to walk out of the store very frustrated, an employee came out of the back office to assist me. She was helpful and polite. Unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This was my 50th birthday celebration in New York and this was a very unpleasant,unnecessary situation.

Too many people and hand offs. Some clearly moved at a very slow pace I knew exactly what I wanted and should have been in and out. Very inefficient process and frustrating to watch.
