Dos vendedores estaban con un solo cliente y a pesar de que solicité ayuda varias veces, fui ignorada. Cuando pagué y le di las gracias a la vendedora me respondió con un mmmmm. Pésima atención!

I don’t like sales person

So unfriendly. No people skills. Get the money next. Have World Trade Center pandora train them on customer service skills. Even 42 street has gotten better. Herald Square the WORST. DO A SECRET SHOPPER. You’ll see.

I called before I went to the store and I was left on hold for 27 minutes. I was told 2 out of the 3 items I wanted, was out of stock, however all 3 was available when I got to the store.

the sales person who helped me was highly disrespectful she yawned all the time while I was looking the charms. I made it very clear that this is my very first time to have pandora Cham also this is going to be my birthday gift. however she looked very unhappy to show me the collections of the charms. therefore I was only got a chances to looked at heart and flower collections while other clients looked up about all of the Pandora charm collections. this was extremely unsatisfactory experiences that I ever had for being a faithful pandora customer for years. I would never going back to that location. Moreover I can't chose whom to help me with. I had no choice but to go to that unhappy and tired lady cause I was assigned by a lady who stood next to the door. Anyways I really unhappy with that experience and about to return my charm cause every time I look at my charm it reminds me that unhappy and tired lady yawns. she totally ruined my upcoming birthday. this is my very first time to write bad feedback in my entire life and this is how unhappy I was with that experience.

The server never once asked me anything spoke to my daughter and not me even though I was the one buying product

I was not assisted during my visit, people that came in after me were helped before me, and I had to wait a significant amount of time to seek out help.

The store is too small and the sale assistance too slow. I had to wait more than 1 hour to be served and in the mean time I had to wait outside even if it was very cold! If it was not something really necessary that I had to do for sure I would have left the store not buying anything. Really unsatisfied.

The sales associate seemed impatience with me trying to decode on which charms I wanted. Very unfriendly.
