My daughter in laws bracelet was damaged. On returning it the wrong size was given to us. Plus these brackets tarnish so fast that we are constantly cleaning them.

I purchased the bangle bracelet in October, the ball kept falling off. They couldn't repair or replace the ball because you all dont make or supply spare balls. I went to the location several times, they finely gave me a new bracelet, but they didn't have the one I had. Had to settle for what they had because I wasnt sure if I waited for them to order my size bracelet/bangle would I have a hard time getting a new bracelet/bangle, I have purchased several bracelets (4) and charms (20) but this last bracelet has given me so many problems

The sales associate are very disrespectful I’ve been there 2 times and is the same thing with ALL OF THE ASSOCIATES

Went into this store to purchase earrings as a gift. I knew which ones I wanted, so when I found what I needed, I looked around for an associate. There were four ladies standing around chatting, they looked at me and kept chatting. I asked one of them for pair of the logo stud earrings in silver. She brought me a pair in rose gold, I asked for the silver ones again. She brought those, I said great, I'll take them and while I'm here can you please clean my ring. She said no, we are not doing cleanings today. OK, so I asked if I can purchase a cleaning cloth. She said no, we are out of those. Ok, I paid for my purchase and left. I will not return to this location as I felt the ladies were not interested in helping, they were not helpful, friendly or engaging. I probably would have bought more items as I am looking to start a bracelet and charm collection, but no one had any interest in asking if I needed anything else. The service I received was basic I could have gotten the same item on Amazon without leaving home.

There were 3 associates and 1 manager at 10am, with the manager dealing with 1 customer and in waited about 1/2 an hour to exchange a bracelet for size and purchase a 2nd one.

We were not greeted. When we walked in we were told to move to the left and get on line. I thought she meant get on a computer. She meant get in line. It was just ridiculous...like we couldn't look around at all.

The sales associate was rude and quiet. Couldn’t hear a word she was saying. The store was overcrowded with not enough space and there were not enough sales associates to help the amount of shoppers.

First time at Pandora. You have a very limited selection of charms. Very disappointed. I thought Pandora had everything.
