Completely certain my group of three including myself had to wait outside before being let into the store. No other guest after us was asked to wait outside. I’m a return customer whom came back to this store because of my experience i previously had but this time around disappointed is an understatement

At this location, service was very poor. Sale person wasn't helpful at all. I lost my bracelet and went to replaced with a new one. Sales person didn't convince me or show me more items to purchase. I think just because the location it's more for tourists and they just go to purchase one thing and that's it. Very disappointed with the service

I felt like the individual was trying too hard to upsell me. This was a gift for my mom and I left feeling like it wasn’t special anymore. She tried too hard to get me to buy a lot of pieces in one shot.

customer service rep was very rude due to the fact that i am on the thicker side and a lot of things would not fit. He looked very rude that he had to work harder to find a bracelet that fit

Your sales associates need to be careful how to treat customers. Everybody that enters into the store matters. Black Lives Matters stop treating customers rude. I am an Essential Worker, I work in the Health Care System. Do not treat your customers as thief. Your sales associates name is ISA. I did voice my opinion to her for being rude. I came to the store to purchase Sparkling Heart Felt Holiday Bracelet gift set. The item was sold out. I purchase bracelet and two charms. The sales associate shown me the bracelet with heart shape is the only one left $65.00. Then told me sold out. I purchase another for the same price. I need to see charms. Why is the sale associates showing me charms I did not ask for. Let the customers look for the charms they are asking for. ISA the sales associates need to be retraining. I will not be going to the Pandora Store on 34th street in New York City for a while. I called my family members and coworkers they have felt the same way with the Pandora Store on 34th Street. Everybody that walks into the store should not feel like they are a thief.

The sales associate was a lady by the name of Jean and she had a disgusting attitude with me and my mother. She had an attitude the entire time and acted uninterested in anything we had to say. Horrible customer service on her end.

The sale associate had no people skill. She gave me attitude from she started assisting me until I left. It's not like I was being rude to her. Her attitude was really not appropriate.
