The sales associates gave me a difficult time when I needed to exchange a piece of jewelry due to a quality issue when it was within the one year warranty. They didn’t bother to listen to my story and wasn’t nice at all to me.

I’ll shop online. I didn’t appreciate another associate literally standing on top of me while my clerk was getting my merchandise. It was abrasive and offensive.

Visited your location I waited outside the store in the cold for 45 minutes. When I finally got inside I was told I could not browse in store. If I knew that was the case I would have shopped online. I was very dissatisfied I had to stand in store for another hour to look through your catalog

The service was terrible, the lady who assist me is not friendly at all. I ended up apologizing cause i can tell that shes not happy while assisting me!

Purchased a gift for 125$. The sales associate didn’t tell me of the current deal if I spent 25$ more. The bag was not good. And they put a bow on the gift either even when I afford to pay for one.

The restriction to have only two customers in the store would make sense if the customers were fully covering their faces. I had to wait 15 min to get into the store because of Covid restrictions but not one was concerned that the other customer had the mask covering her chin.

Store didn't have many options and employee didn't seem to care - not much of a hospitable attitude. The ring that I have bought is also worn out, but it was not brought to attention and I had only noticed after wearing a couple times.

I asked the sales person to wrap the gift she had not nothing to rub the gifts she put it in a bag and that was it

Walked in & knew exactly what I wanted & the sales person went out of her way to show me everything else besides what I came on the store for. I explained to her my budget & she completely ignored my statement & continued to show me a collection of things that exceeded my budget of $150.00. I’ve been to this store numerous times & im never really happy with the service.

The sales rep that helps me lack customer service skills. She's not very friendly and act like Im a bother to her and rushed us out of the store. She acts like she hates what she does.
