Associates are not friendly, when I entered the store they just look at me .They did not even offered any help.

Hello , I’ve been going to pandora for a long time to buy many different things. But this time it was actually pouring rain outside so I enter this pandora location and all workers were near the cash register. After this I see some helping people some are just talking among themselves. I ask one of the workers if I had to wait in a specific area for someone to come help me? And she replied “ can’t you see I’m helping someone . Stand wherever” this was very rude and unprofessional. I just did not want to be in the way of anyone and that’s why I asked. Following this incident it took 15 minutes for someone to come help. I was very surprised how this is the type of customer service provided to customers.

My sales associate seemed unorganized at times and didn’t offer me an empty counter to try on the bracelet I wanted and didn’t provide helpful information on the merchandise or promotions that are going on.

Due to the young lady service and the way she spoke to me . felt that she was rushing me and the overall service. I was displeased and I would not visit that store location again . She needs customer service training for sure .

The person who attended me had the nails way to long, she hardly was able to put my charm. Did not do it properly and i lost it in less than 24 hrs. :(

I was a little disappointed with the lack of rose gold charms. I selected 1 of the 2 rose gold charms in contention . This was a gift for my mother and on opening the gift the sales consultant had put the wrong charm in the box , giving me the other charm I chose not to go for ! I feel it’s important to confirm with the customer as the product is being boxed to ensure the customer is receiving the intended items

Our sales associate was not very friendly. I'm told it's a New York thing but we didn't experience the rudeness anywhere else.

I went to the store to change the size of my bracelet I ordered on line as well as to buy a safety chain and a charm for my bracelet and I was the first customer at the store and to be seen. I was waited on by the store manager who rudely stop waiting on me to wait on two rude customers demanding they have to leave. Well I got there first so I can leave but was ignored by the store manager just because two other customers was demanding they be seen which they had just got there and the store was not even crowded. Well that made me feel low and not respected especially since I spend so much money on pandora jewelry throughout the years and I made sure I woke up early traveled downtown to the broadway store just to be first which I was until I was pushed to the side so some other people who just got there can be waited on. So this is why Pandora is getting a bad review this is a store manager I am talking about so if this can happen to someone of that high authority then we all are in trouble dealing with sales associates.

Was shown some items and I chose a few but when everything was rang up it was charging more than what I was quoted then one of the pieces were not available then was sent to another store and I asked can you call to make sure it's there and I wouldn't have to wait in line again. She said she called but in reality she didn't and when I got to store they didn't have the item after I waited on line again for 40 more minutes. Very unhappy.

When I first walked into the store there was 3 sale associates & a manager standing around talking with each other. After 3/4mins, the manager finally asked what could she help me with something. She assigned another sales associate to help me, who wasn’t very eager to do that. She moved very slow, she didn’t want to move away from the other sale associates & manager who were still having their loud conversation to show me items. She kept asserting herself back into their conversation instead of explaining any of the items that I was interested in, to me. She was rushing, her conversation was very short, she had very little knowledge of pricing, the tray that she was displaying my items on, was filled with other pieces for previous customers. She kept referring back to the brochure to show me pieces instead of actual taking them out of the showcase so I could see the actual beauty of it on the bracelet. Over all experience of the 34th street location was good. I would never recommend that location.
