I did a buy online pick up in-store the night before and not only was the order not ready when I went to pick up the next day in the late afternoon and was also sold out. I was just told I’d get a refund, I was supposed to be for a friends birthday.

The store was empty when I entered and there were about four or five cells associates who provided a lackluster greeting when I enter the store. The one closest to me (young woman, glasses, wavy brown hair to her chin) was the one who provided assistance but again it was lackluster almost like I was bothering her. I am used to a Pandora experience where the agent is highly engaged, asking open ended questions, making suggestions, even helping pick charms to help with the overall aesthetic of my bracelet. This is my first time shopping in New York, and as a big city I expected more of a flag ship experience, but was highly disappointed. I also requested new charms versus ones from the display, but the associate insisted the two I bought were in fact new when I saw her remove them from the display. It seem more like a “will issue then a skill issue”, so recommend coaching for this and all other associates on the importance of maintaining the Pandora brand esp in NYC where I’m sure 100s of tourist customers shop. I will be trying the other New York location when I am back in the city as I like to buy a charm each time I visit a city outside of my Washington state.

The sales person seamed so unsatisfied for showing me what I asked...I have gone to many others stores and this was out of all I have already experienced.

Staff not very attentive. Very talkative amongst each other. Didn’t allow me to look at entire tray of charms.

Habia 3 vendedoras y ninguna me quiso atender después de como 10 min esperando. No me quiso Mostar lo que pedía me dijo que revise en la página web. Personalmente no iria a la tienda si es que no voy a comprar. Revisar el catálogo por internet lo puedo hacer desde mi casa. Todo el tiempo la señorita se Porto grosera

Went into buy my wife destination charms from New York while on a business trip. Walked in and they were waiting on customers. Then they started talking to each other. I had to ask to be waited on. When I said was interested in destination charms, the girl was unaware of what they were and looked like a deer in headlights. As a husband, I had to explain what they were. Very disappointed. I have never had issues in Florida, Chicago, the UK, and Las Vegas. They all knew what a destination charm was.

I was not greeted but I received a smile. I was not asked if I needed help. Someone else walked in and was greeted and asked if they needed help. An associate that’s the same race as me was looking confused as I was standing there quietly and observing the staff, asked if I was being helped and proceeded to assist me. She did a wonderful job and I was happy when I left.
