The store associate was not friendly and her concern was the sales she will be getting

The member of staff didn’t know the prices of the goods I was interested in,gave me a price for one item then I noticed it had 2017 on the one I wanted she then didn’t know the price and when she asked someone it was more expensive.

the Store Associate attitude did not make my experience great, had an attitude, not pleasant.

We waited 10 minutes at a counter to be served just to be ignored. Then somebody finally told us if you want to be seen to you have to queue at the door. Why no sign of anything to tell you that?? Complete waste of ten minutes

Sales associate not paying attention to customer flow, even when I told her I was next she helped guests who had just walked in the door because I was browsing merchandise.

Was handed from one member of staff to another without an explanation. The 2nd member of staff made me feel like i was an inconvenience.

There was a huge line and people were cutting the line. I brought this issue to a retail worker and did nothing. The lady that helped me was just trying to get me out as soon as possible. She was not very friendly. I did noticed that the store was overly crowded and maybe there was a lack of staff. This is probably a reason that could have contributed to this unpleasant experience.

The sellers were cold and short. The sellers seem not to be interested in promoting the goods.

Associated didn’t have manners

Waited a half hr to be taken care of it was 12:30 store had 2 people in it , the store was empty .. Workers very lazy and slow. One worker couldn’t get off her cell phone she saw me just standing around waiting. Unreal
