I stood there awhile before I was acknowledged. They seemed to help everyone else that came into the store before me. I was rushed cause the store was closing.

The gentleman greeting at the door needs to be trained in how to greet customers and queue them up.

The sale associate was not the friendliest. Instead of allowing us to look through the book she just said “Stop, that’s all the charms available for your bracelet” as she placed her hand on the book. She then rearrange my entire bracelet without being asked to. I was not too happy. Other than her attitude. Everything else was great.

Store is very small. It was not easy to move around in store during busy hours.

didn't have my size the sale assistant wasnt very interested the ring i actually wanted the other sale assistant thought they had in the back but the assistant didnt even offer to go and look i bought 3 thing from pandora this holiday one in time square they where ok but the airport pandora staff seemed disinterested i bough a ring and charm only got a box for my ring and my charm was shoved on with it so lost alot of the joy of a new purchase

Customer service was good. The store I attended had exactly what I wanted and was very happy with it .

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION SUCKS! I'VE BEEN THERE TWICE BECAUSE ITS EASIEST TO GET TO FROM WORK, THE FIRST TIME I WENT WAS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND I UNDERSTAND ITS BUSY BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO WAIT OVER 20 MIN FOR ASSISTANCE WHILE TWO AND AT SOME POINT THREE ASSOCIATES WHERE WALKING AROUND NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS. ONE COUPLE HAD THREE ASSOCIATES HELPING AT ONE POINT WHILE TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS ME BEING ONE WERE WAITING. THE GREETER KEPT ASKING IF I NEEDED HELP I REPEATEDLY SAID YES AND I WAS PREPARED WITH THE ITEM NAME AND NUMBER BUT THAT DIDNT HELP IN GETTING THE ASSOCIATES TO HELP ME. I DIDN'T WALK OUT BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO DISAPPOINT MY NIECE I WAS GETTING A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR HER. ONCE I GOT THE HELP I GOT NO APOLOGY FOR THE WAIT. OR FURTHER SUGGESTIONS BEING THAT ONE OF THE CHARMS I WANTED WAS NOT AVAILBLE. THE TWO TIMES I'VE BEEN THERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. IN THE FUTURE I WILL MOST LIKELY NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE

No fui acogida en la tienda, costo recibir atención a pesar de no haber clientes y tener personal. Mi percepción fue que pensaron que no iba a realizar ninguna comora.
