I was asked if I needed help, I said I was just looking. The associate walked away. Then another associate asked if I needed help and I asked if the case was the only case with NYC merchandise in it. The associate said yes and walked away. I then tried to wave someone to help me but no one paid any attention. I finally had to go to the counter to get someone.

Store cleanliness and product presentation is the key. Specially when the store location is prestigious and the product is exclusive. Being a pandora staff member from another country makes me compare how well our store in Sydney is as well as the exclusive products we carry.

Despite being the only customers in the store nobody actually came to serve us for several minutes. The sales person tried to sell me a display charm and was not very happy when I refused it as it had been handled and tarnished. At least twice I asked to get the price of 2 charms and I was ignored and the assistant was so interested in boxing them up to reply even though I didn’t agree to buy the 2. In the end I only purchased one but if I hadn’t been so tired I would have left it completely

I just feel like I'm judged by the way I look. I should be treated (greated) no matter what you have or look. I am a loyal customer and just because I don't wear my stuff people assume I won't spend money.

I have $10 coupon from survey. I show to Ms. Bella d associate & she ask to Ms. Kim. Ms. Kim told her i cannot used it. But i have previous purchase before that time also there is promotion. The manager acknowledged my coupon before. And i saw it to associate my previous receipt. But because of Ms. Kim she told to Ms. Bella i cannot used it. So im disappointed bec i cannot used my coupon that day.

Staff told me the necklace i purchased could be wore as a choker length, but it was still extremely long. I came into the store and no one helped me, I had to go up to the staff to ask for help. She handed me a necklace to try on, but did not provide a brand new one, it was displayed and trial one.

This store had a long line, we were sent to a worker there and wasn't able to browse the store, and the store was way to small.

There were six staff in the store and only two serving customers. The queue was corralled around the store making it impossible for anyone to look at anything. In several days in the city the queue was always all around the store, out of the door and down the road resulting in unfeasible long waiting times.
