Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate was very rude when I first walked in the store like she had an attitude. It wasn’t until I purchased my items did she start acting “nice”. I didn’t like that at all but I liked the rings so I bought them. Next time I go to pandora it won’t be this one.

My boyfriend bought me a charm to remember our trip to NYC. The sales associate put the new charm on and she failed to tighten the ball at the end of my bracelet and it fell off :((( now I am not happy!

He told me it was a certain charm that was similar to what I was looking for n it really wasn’t when I looked it up it happened to be a zodiac sign charm j was too far from the store to head back I am returning it tomorrow at another location !

The associate Tom was very rude and just trying to push me out of the store, he was not helpful at all and had a sarcastic way about him. Only reason I made a purchase with him is because I had too I spent 70$ and was not satisfied with my purchase! I work in retail I am a manager and this is not the kind of associate I would want working in my store especially during holiday season! He was sarcastically nice but very impatient & just a jerk at the same time.

First of all, the sales associate had no basic respect to deal with customers. I was very uncomfortable while I was choosing items. She had no smile or any good advice. She literally had an eye of “please choose whatever and leave ASAP”. When I asked a question about an option, she just nodded her head without answering. I feel like she doesn’t deserve any single penny I paid but I ended up purchasing items due to my limited time. Highly dissatisfied!

The store on 34th street herald square did not no merchandise. It was terrible i ask for 3 charms they didn't have none of them. This was a last minute gift but very few selections

I was not satisfied with my trip to pandora the last two times that I made a purchase at pandora. I made a purchase of 280. The store did not have anymore jewlery boxes. This time I went to buy a certain ring and earrings to match they did'nt have any piece that I wanted.
