They person helping me didn’t show me different products so i could choose what i wanted or help with my picking a different idea. Store was packed i had to wait outside for 30mins in the cold.

El encargado no dejaba que la vendedora me mostrara todos los charm y cuando le dije que le daria mala calificación a la tienda el dejo que ella lo hiciera.

I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience due to my sales associate not being knowledgeable in the charms I was interested in, no knowledge or sales of deals or promotions (either current or upcoming), and an offputting attitude.

The store never has a full stock of items! I asked for 3 items found in the catalog and all were out of stock. This has been consistent at this store.

The greeter was friendly however the salesman was not. He was borderline rude and rushed us, if I knew where another location was near me I would of went there I stead.
