The charm bracelet I purchased had an issue at the clip where it locks. Associate clipped it and said there was nothing wrong with it and I had to physically show her what I mean because she thought I was lying. Then the lock stopped working again and she said oh I see what you mean

First, the policy you can only exchange one time is ridiculous!! As long as I’m in the time frame of the return policy. I shouldn’t be limited in the number of exchanges. Especially when it’s a gift and I want the gifted, to love it!! Thank goodness I had the good sense to just return it n make a new purchase. Bc the salesperson was sweet. She definitely sold me the same too small bracelet 😡

It is not Pandora brand, it is the service that I had very insufficient as if I were a beginner or did not know about jewelry

Promotion was wack, select styles were all the basic bracelets.. last promo on free bracelet you were allowed to pick your own and $65 went towards the bracelet of your choice. This promotion only benefits new customers however if your a long time customer you will already own the basic bracelets that are offered in the promotion. The promotions are just getting worse!!! I have Zero interest in shopping if the promotion are not Good!!

The guy who helped me was kind of rude and didn’t know the prices of anything and was in a rush. I didn’t find him knowledgeable and I felt because we were Spanish speaking he made a comment in how he was feeling left out of our conversation.

The sales associate didn’t seem genuinely enthusiastic about being at work at the merchandise I was looking for. She pulled each item out instead of showing them all at one time on the display. I did not feel appreciated as a long time customer. She also did not acknowledge the many Pandora pieces I wore. She missed the opportunity to gain a return customer and for me to spend a bigger amount.
