The attitude of salesman weren't respectful if you are not buying a lot of expensive stuff. If you just want to buy a necklace or earring, they won't give you a nice attitude.

The assistances was really great, but there was a huge line to buy.

I bought a charm and The associate took all my charms and rearrange them so that they were evenly distributed on the bracelet. She even suggested that I buy a safety chain....which I did purchase.

At first they told me that I could use a re-sale certificate to make my purchase tax-exempt. When I did bring the certificate to purchase the items, they told me that I couldn't use it.

It was very crowded and a bit distracting due to a promotion. I wanted a specific thing and you did not have it. It was not easy toove through the store to look around . I was describing what I wanted and the sales rep did not seem well versed in the products and just gave me the book . She was nice just did not seem knowledgeable but very willing to help.

I was very satisfied and happy with my Pandora purchase. The sales assistant was very helpful and most courteous. The pricing seemed very high. I am a tourist from the U.K and have purchased from Pandora in the U.K. and the prices of the merchandise did seem considerably higher (even factoring in exchange rates!) than the prices in the U.K.
