Pandora Jewelry

The size of both charms and bracelet are not the same as I expected. They looks smaller than they appears in the guide book. Also, the color of the jewelries seems to fade away easily.

Over crowded store due to black Friday deal. Some rings were unavailable in size or sold out.

The lady who helped me go select the charms was really professional. However, it seemed everyone in the shop was so busy, I was waiting for 5-10 min before someone came to help me. They also walked away to do other things and came back few times. I understand it was during the holiday sale, but it's kinda of rude to the costumers.

On holiday.

Had to wait a substantial time for an assistant, then got passed to another so the first one could answer a call. Very short on staff fur a very busy, prime location store.

This particular store was quite good, it wasn't busy when I went in. The assistants were talking between themselves quite a lot but it didn't particular bother me. Sometimes I actually like that I'm not pressured to buy something although I did on this occassion

I’m not Highly Satisfied with my pandora experience because the sales associate had a little attitude since she was in a rush to leave. Additionally since there was more people that needed help than the amount of staff she was assisting me and another costumer. Finally, the sales associate was very confused since i paid with both cash & card. She couldn’t count the money and continued getting confused. But overall the service wasn’t bad.

The associate was awesome however there was a sale with a longer outside and people continually cut in the line in front of us.

I didn't get the size of my favorite bracelet, then I take another style which I am not that like.
