The store was very crowded and there was just not enough room to look at the selections available.

I find the items a bit expensive, mainly my focus is on the charms for the bracelets. If I am correct, the charms are not real diamonds. So I don’t understand why they are worth $80

I was returning 3 items I received for Christmas. There was an excellent sale I wanted to take advantage of as I also received gift cards for Christmas. When I informed the greeter I was returning she said I had to have the receipt in order to return anything. Her tone was very unpleasant as was the cashier who handled my return. The cashier first told me she couldn't return the items, I told her she could and all she needed to do was to issue a store credit. Luckily Tracy was me salesperson, she was AMAZING!!!

It was crowded so the wait was long, but the staff were so apologetic and had a system or bringing books so we could chose what we want while waiting in line. Place and products are great just as usual.

I was not highly satisfied because of the lady helping me purchase my items. She seemed to be annoyed every time I asked her a question. At the end, it seemed like I was not a customer of the store but some underling.

The store is small and tho it was holiday shopping, I️ had to wait outside on line not long tho before I️ was able to enter the store.

While purchasing more charms for my new rose gold bracelet the sales associate noticed part of the clasp was bent and thus why it was giving trouble to open. Unfortunately another associate was rude and said I would have to bring the bracelet back the following day for the jeweler. I said it was a new bracelet and did not understand why i would have to pay for a problem i was unaware of.

Had to queue to get in Very unfriendly staff Greeter was rude to other people who left the store without waiting Staff who dealt with me was not helpful - no effort to show me charms.
