Over crowed with workers which not helping in a friendly manner

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a specific charm in mind which they found quickly and efficiently. The transaction was easy and I left with what I wanted.

The ONLY reason I was not highly satisfied is because I wanted the new Honeybee charm and it was sold out!! Online and in stores.

I love the whole idea of the charm bracelet but was a little upset that the new collection wasn’t apart of the sale. Also I think it’s a bit pricey and there should be more sales more often being that the merchandise is so expansive.

She didn't seem to remember what I was saying

Lady at the front was shouting out loud when I walk in. I guess that was her job but it scared me a bit.

I had a missing stone in one of my charms. She said I’d have to visit that store. I would like this to be resolved in store. It could have been replaced or sent off or looked at. She was rude

I have larger fingers and the ring availability for larger rings were limited
