Holiday in NYC for my birthday

I was dissatisfied because the associate was not friendly. The associate was standoffish. She was knowledgeable but hurried me off with an attitude towards me to take the next customer & brush me & my friend off about another inquiry of another Pandora piece I was interested in buying.

The item I was looking for wasn’t available and unable to find a place to get the size I need due to being a limited edition item

No real sale

This was my first time in pandora, I wasn’t just looking for something I went to buy a ring for my daughter, the salesperson take a lady behind me I guess because she looks like she was going to spend more money than me, I was standing there and nobody came to me, I have to go over someone for asistence, that was very disrespectful and racists.

Because the Price in the USA ist more expenciv than in Germany .

The store was extremely small and understaffed. I waited over a half hour for assitance and there was only one other person ahead of me. The three charms I wanted were not in stock. I will not be returning to this location.

Some item not available, price a little too high

On entering the store, the manager said that they were short staffed and there were only two salespeople. He could have served to help speed up the process. We were short for time and almost walked out without buying anything. Luckily a salesperson became available in time.
