Friends and I came to the store but no sales associate helped us right away. I noted two sales person in one customer. I thought that was odd. Eventually, one of them noticed us and provided assistance.

Was satisfied. Was with a friend and they ignored him. He was wanting to purchase a bracelet for his daughter when I was finished shopping.

I felt I have to be quick taking my decisions on what to pick by there were many people.

There was a great sale. The representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. It was a very good experience.

It's just because the area was too small and Also there was not allot in stock.

The workers here were not very friendly or enthusiastic. They knew what they were talking about, but it would have been a better experience if they were nicer. Overall, I love Pandora and your jewelry.

The sales assistance was friendly and helpful. However, I was given the option to wear my charms and didn't then get a gift box or bag to keep them in. I would have expected to be given same.

This store is usually very crowded but someone who I believe was the manager called me to start helping me but he was very discombobulated or distracted he was looking at other things instead of giving me his attention, but then he assigned another sales person to me and it was perfection after that.

Shop was very busy
