This Pandora was in an extremely busy location, however it was a very small store with not many sale assistants. I had to wait a decent amount of time before there was someone free to speak with me about my purchase.

The sale associate ( Christiana) was super nice to me, my sister and my mom, we went in just to get one charm and wind up getting three that’s how comfortable we felt with Christiana she even offer to clean my mom and sister braclets. She even took her time to explain how see clean them and she reorganize them also which was amazing.

No, I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. The sales person was very helpful . She was very patiently.

Prices were a little high. I also felt like the staff could've been more friendly. They looked a little tired and didn't smile at all

Store near broadway said all stores were sold out of the 3 in 1 New York charm so I bought the Statue of Liberty charm. We stopped at another location and they had quite a few in stock. The exchange was easy and the staff were very helpful.

Greeter was pushy and seemed put out by people coming in the store.

The over all service was amazing. The representatives were very welcoming, helpful and willing to assist. My only problem was that the store small and so it was a bit tight in terms of the ability to move around.

The item I was seeking was no longer in production. The item was substituted by other type of letters.
