Sales representative was a little forward in trying to get further sales. I knew what I wanted, and started looking further, and was put off by her pushy attitude.

I bought the charms right before the sales happened.

While the associates at this store were very kind, and helping, the item that I purchased was not was I was expecting. It was on the smaller side, and the wording that was on the item was a bit hard to read. I still brought it because I felt that the person I was buying it for, would still appreciate it.

Was disappointed I could not buy a rose gold charm representing New York.

I went in to purchase a climbing mickey safety chain as a birthday gift for my daughter. It was not in stock and I had to get the mickey heart safety chain instead.

It was the last pair of earrings and the back was discolored. The associate tried to clean it but it didn’t work and the back had to be replaced. Luckly the back on the display pair was clean so she was able to replace them

The assistance was not highly Great, they were in rush. Also price is really high

The location is too small and tight for the area in which it serves.
