Had to queue to get in (although it was just before Christmas and very busy). No chance to browse, other than the catalogue. Sales assistant was just ‘doing her job’ and I didn’t feel there was any personal touches.

The line in the store was very long and moved very slowly. The inventory was limited as several of the charms I wanted were out of stock and I had to settle for other choices.

Greeting Manager was initially quite abrupt although was friendlier once we’d made a few purchases. I would like to say how poor the service was at the NYC Westfield store - extremely curt and unhelpful assistant - really let your Brand and herself down

I asked abou the 25% off when you purchase $150 or more and I felt like I was given back a responde with a negative vibe. As if I was not entitled to find out more. I was told " that's only applicable if I purchase $150 or more" which indeed I purchased $200 or more.
