Puede ser porque visite la tienda a las 7.30 p. El personal estaba un poco cansado...eso lo entiedo.

When I walked into store, I was not greeted. It also took about 10 minutes for staff to ask if I needed help.

oh I'm so sorry I was highly satisfied they were great with me from the beginning till the end they were beautiful

Overheard a conversation between a pair of staff as a few colored teens entered the store. Conversation consisted of one staff telling the other not to take out merchandise in front of those people are in the store, "you don't know what kind of crazies walk in". That ruined an overall great shopping experience.

The service was great, it was just the spacing of the store which I know cannot be controlled. The staff did a good job of crowd control

Very limited items were on sale and even not all af them were available.

Nothing I like it

The jewelry I was interested in appeared to be smaller than expected as I viewed them in the book beforehand. I decided not to purchase them after all. A few other items I wanted to purchase were sold out. The salesperson was very helpful though.

There was an hour and a half wait to get into the store. Once inside, there was another 20 minute wait. After that the transaction went fairly quickly.

GREAT FOR THE TIME IF YEAR!
