I had to wait longer than expected to complete my transaction. It was not the fault of the employees. It was the computer/register that gave them issues and they had to call their technicians.

The workers were a bit too chatty with each other, making me feel uncomfortable as if they were talking about their costumers. They give the vibe of unprofessionals. They also didn’t have my ring size.

Some of the items are overpriced. The bracelets should automatically come with one charm. It would make it a better experience. Additionally, 2/3 things I wanted (charms) was ere not available. There should be a wider selection.
