Everything I went to purchase was available and ready for pick up

The person greeting customers was unpleasant. I had an exchange and she checked the items and said u bought these during the mem day promo and can’t return. I said I’m w/in 30 days, so why can’t I return. She told me to wait for mgr. when mgr was ready she whispered to mgr that I can’t xchng b/c of mem promo. Which i did. It want to do anyway. She made me feel like I did something wrong. Mgr was pleasant.

The associate was not familiar with merchendise. very slow eventhough i had pictures of what i wanted.

The sales women did not help us with the ring’s size. Therefore we ended changing it the following day.
