I was satisfied I won’t be returning to the same store as I live in the UK

I love buying my charms because the staff is always in a good mood and they are always pleased to help you, but yesterday the woman in the store backwards Empire State , was in a bad mood, and no one cares when I entered to the store , finally I talked to her because I needed help and her attitude was really really horrible.

My daughter brought me a bracelet for mothers day. i've been having issues with the lock it keep opening. I went to the store on 33rd street and they exchange the bracelet to a new one. I was very satisfy with the service.

The sales associate who greeted me and helped me was great. I was approached by one other sales associate but she left midway through helping me and did not even tell me she had shown me the size rings i asked for on the counter. No other sales associate approached me besides the one who greeted me who then came over to offer help. I stood with him and he made me feel comfortable and was super helpful. He seriously is a pro at his job! Other than my encounter with him, I wouldnt have rated this visit so great.

The associate who helped us, though knowledgeable, was not very friendly. Everyone has a bad day, it was late, and it was crowded. She could gave smiled more.

If this is the pandora in 34th street and Herald squared, I am very satisfied.I was not satisfied with the one in Hudson Yards. I originally went to the one in Hudson Yards and the sales person that helped was not too knowledgable. In the process of helping me the sales person broke my favorite charm for my bracelet. This is what led me to come back to 34th street and Herald squared.This is where I originally got my charm bracelet. I will definitely always come here. The sales person are all knowledgable and available to help. She assist me with my issue as soon as I walked in and I ended up purchasing a additional charm.

The store was fine but my first visit it was difficult to get through to look at the counter. The area with the retiring charms was very small and as a result had to come back to see them another day. The sales staff were great though and the store looked well managed.

THE ASSISTANCE IT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW US ALL THE ITEMS THAT WE REQUESTED

No ones perfect and to give a highly satisfied would be untrue.
