Because it is a small store I had to wait outside in the cold for sometime.

Stopped for my vacation souvenir- guess a sale was ongoing. Very small store with heat blaring (understand it was cold out but in line it was overwhelming- was getting ill standing there). Never dreamt that the sale I saw online would create such a line in the stores - only 2 registers so a lot of relocating.

The store was packed! No where to walk. I waited about 45 minutes outside of the store to get in. I understand there was the sale going on. However, there were not enough sales associates to help out during this sale event.

The overall experince is good like the way staffs support me. but a little discomfort is that I am not really allowed to walk aournd to see the stuffs you have, you know sometimes I feel like I wanna get something but I haven't made any deicsions before I walked into the store. While, one staff accompany me and I still have to look in catalog a bit and when I decided, that item is not available in the store. So, overall of that I think you try to make the store for people who already made the decisions, check the availability online, go to the shop, pay, and pickup (which I think that can be done online). For me at the shop, customers should get the chance to choose to walk around and/or/before got accompany by te staff.

It was based on past experience. I had gone back only because it was close to my job & previously around valentines day i walked in & walked right out. It was by far a terrible experience.

I felt the sales associate didn’t really know the merchandise fully.

I’m not highly satisfied with the first visit to pandora in Times Square I wasn’t assisted correctly the lady just handed me a ring and didn’t inform me that it shouldn’t be able to fall right off that would mean it’s to big and I would have a higher chance of losing it I walked around with a ring two sizes two big and had to take it back and get a smaller size and I was able to actually get the ring I wanted now that I was able to try on the other sizes and realized it fit !

I prefer this Pandora location because the staff are very friendly and helpful.
