When I 1st walked in I received a horrible look by 2 members behind the counter I still remember one had very short blonde hair and he look was just as if I needed to remove myself from the store then I exchanged something and this was my 1st time shopping here for myself since 2014 so the girl manager gave me a very not nice demeanor about the gift I received and your 30 day policy. The girl who helped me check out was a doll very kind and the reason why j came back to the store but honestly I think they all need a nice crash course on how to talk to people and for sure to not give dirty looks to the people walking in because I was very close to walking out especially when there are to 2 Pandora’s on the same block in the city

I am very highly satisfied. But my english is not well. So I don’t talk to the worker better .

Give u a hard time to return items,sale associate need to be more patient...another time I went back one of the sale association mad me look and feel bad continue to mention the prices of things and I had to let be know if I like something I'll pay for it Y come here if I dont have the money...they have to be more mindful on how they communicate with customers....

The product is not smooth as expected.

They didn’t have the bracelet I wanted. They also didn’t have a large selection of charms. But other than that it was a good experience.

I liked a pair of earrings. I wasn’t able to try them on. Peoples earlobes are different, and not everything looks good so I wasn’t able to get them.

The store was too small.

La tienda es muy pequeña. Tuve que hacer fila en frio para poder entrar. No habían muchos empleados.

The store is extremely small. It was not the cleanest and I almost fell after tripping on a rug that was not laying flat.
