I am very highly satisfied because I came for one item for my Auntie and I ended up buying 6 items. I love Pandora and will continue to shop here as long as it exist

Since it was Black Friday, there was limited quantity of charms left by noon. Sales associate was very nice and professional but was not that familiar with all the options.

The sales associate was very serious & unwelcoming, seemed a bit upset that I wanted to look at a few pieces. She only warmed up in at then end when she realized I didn’t just want to look, but actually making a purchase...

The particular charms I want was not available. I purchased different other than what brought me to the store.

The lady could not help me find my charms the selection didnt have to many charms to select from. HOWEVER i did find two very nice charns.

CHARMS & MERCHANDISE ARE KIND OF PRICEY. THERE ARE NO SPECIAL SALES OR PROMOTIONS WHICH WOULD BRING EVEN MORE SALES TO THE COMPANY & NEW CUSTOMERS.

Not all items I wanted were at that location. The staff and store is nice but I feel merchandise is too limited.
