I was satisfied, but unsatisfied about the inventory of products. The place was clean and employees were respectful and tentative. No big problem about the company itself, just needed more inventory and custom made recommendations.

I felt like I was being rushed and I did not appreciate that. The associate didn’t recommend any charms or asked who or what I was shopping for. It just wasn’t a good shopping experience.

I was not highly satisfied because of the fact that I want to browse more options but because of Covid restrictions we weren’t allowed to look for more options. The options were able to come to us but there weren’t many options to choose from. I wanted to take advantage of the promotion that you guys were providing “spent $125 and receive a sterling silver bracelet”, But was not able to browse much so I kept it to one item which I originally was already coming for.

It was a bit chaotic in the store. The waiting time was quite big. There were free employees who were not actually offering to help

Wanted to get a holiday gift set and was not available online during the Black Friday sale of 35%. The sale was also in the store but was not able to apply the discount on the gift set also. Very disappointing.
