Customer service was excellent and I will be returning back.

My sales associate (I can’t remember their name) was super helpful and gave lots of great options for what I was looking for!

The store was crowded. The bracelet wasn't clean to satisfaction.

The store is a little small. There are many people in so it’s hard to move around. Also some items I’m interested in are not available in this store.

The atmosphere of the store could have been a bit better. The clientele was very unpleasant. The sales associates were distracted unfortunately due to the patrents.

Usually the herald square store is very rude, but this time my experience was wonderful and I received the item I've been looking for since mothers day.

The items I wanted was not in stock.
