There were some charms I wanted to purchase that was not available at the store. I was also disappointed that I was not recognized to be a part of the hero discount - I am a utility worker and worker all year round especially during the pandemic and during bad weather to keep the power on for New York City. In addition, I ordered a bracelet online and needed to exchange it because it was too tight and initially the associate was going to have me paid more out of pocket. Thankfully the manager was nice and was able to price adjust the exchange.
