A lot of things out of stock The sales associate offered to clean my bracelet but it’s not the same as you used to clean it

There were some charms I wanted to purchase that was not available at the store. I was also disappointed that I was not recognized to be a part of the hero discount - I am a utility worker and worker all year round especially during the pandemic and during bad weather to keep the power on for New York City. In addition, I ordered a bracelet online and needed to exchange it because it was too tight and initially the associate was going to have me paid more out of pocket. Thankfully the manager was nice and was able to price adjust the exchange.

Because what I was looking for you didn't have. I saw it in the book and the store didn't have any books available, so I end up getting something else.

The associate that greeted myself and a friend was exhibited a nasty demeanor.
