Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time in Pandora. I felt like things being rushed due to a que outside where I wanted to look for more charms but due to time constraints, I had to get what I was shown but then I asked to replace a few charms since I didnt like them. The representative was nice and patient with me but the entire store seems to be in some hurry.

I am satisfied. I went to purchase a birthday gift so I do not need to return in 90 days

Entiendo que por la ubicación de la tienda deben haber varias personas atendiendo, pero todo es desordenado, las uñas de las personas que atienden son sucias, la verdad no me gustó el servicio

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the associate automatically showed the most expensive style of what I asked for. When I told her I was familiar with the products and the prices she said she was née and didn’t know.

I was satisfied with everything, I have no complaints. I'm actually going there today to get some gifts for my daughter

service was great, but they didn't have plenty of options for earrings or NY charms

Not too many options to view based on the guests taste

The first Sales Representative wasn't attentive and didn't seem interested in assisting me. So I asked another Sales person to assist me, and Ms. Katrina was excellent. She had me try on the item so I was able to see how it looked. The purchase that I made was a Birthday gift for my daughter.

this store had to much on counters and not enough room for a good visual experience. to much in a small store. Display station are too small, store does not have enough room to easily walk around. Store needs some work Staff is knowledgeable and great with customers.

At first you had to stand outside. There were not enough salespeople. You sales was not good at displaying your product.
