they didn’t have any harry potter charms and the lady had very little knowledge of the charms that were in the store. otherwise was an okay visit

I was very satisfied with my experience at Pandora Herald Square. The sales associate Mirela, was very nice and had knowledge about all items I was asking for

There was an issue, however it was handle professionally

The Store is small I waited 10 or 15 min before entrance the store . I ask for one ring and don't have in my size ( 10)

It is a very nice shopping experience, the people are very friendly, the product is very nice and of good quality, the exhibits are beautiful.

Waited outside while there were several open person inside. Had to try more than once to actually get inside with a very long line. But otherwise it was good experience Still didn’t find one of the charm i have been searching for

The stock was low, but I am sure this is due to the fact that it is right after Christmas.

A few charms that I wanted was out of stock. No future information available
