The staff member at the door wasn't very pleasant. My partner wanted to look at another display and she rudely told him he couldn't. We would have bought more but this ruined the experience for both of us so we bought one charm and left annoyed. The sales assistant that served us was lovely but maybe have a word to the other girl about how to politely say to a customer they have to stick with their partner.
