I was not greeted upon entering the store. An associate then took a customer that walked in after me. Which means I was skipped and had to wait longer to be assisted.

During my visit with an associate, the manager continuously interrupted the choosing of the charms between the associate and I. The associate was being very patient with the manager and mortified that she was being treated as if she did not know what she was doing.. unfortunately I rushed out without getting the rest of the jewelry that I wanted and instructions on how to clean my new rose gold jewelry.. will not return to that store.

Maybe it’s a cultural difference but the sales associates werent that friendly, not necessarily rude but not welcoming, maybe they were tired but I just felt rushed into leaving.
