I enjoyed my vist at the Pandora store, it made so many sale rep there. But only the manager could purchase the gift card and there was only one?

I have shopped at many Pandora’s across the US. When you are actually trying to buy something they are more pushy in adding stuff. I get it, I work in retail but an experience before this like it was so obvious she was being really pushy and the guy that helped me out today was so nice, I had actually already been to a Pandora and bought my one charm for the day but was walking around and thought I’d go in immediately I found a charm I had to have and with my luck it was an exclusive to a city I won’t know when I’ll be back to... the guy didn’t push me on anything and agreed to “exchange” my already purchased charm so I could also get the promotion that was going on (a free ring or earrings) I choose the ring unfortunately I loved one that wasn’t in my size but I did actually really like the one the guy had pulled out to make sure what size I was and ended up going with that one. I have never been treated such like a princess and not told I should buy more stuff at a retail store.The only problem I had was that the guy didn’t check my Id to my card to make sure it was mine.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was assisted right away. The saleswoman was very helpful. Overall her advice was excellent
