While travelling to NYC I am never disappointed they are also well stocked. The sales representative were friendly and always smiling. Just, one small comment there store on 32nd St. should be expanded, always a line:)

The owner was in the store when I went in to buy my charms initially. He was awesome, friendly, controlled the movement in the small store and ran to second location to get charm needed. When I returned to exchange charm for a bracelet ( thought person buying for already had one but didn’t), I was greeted with the same friendliness and comfort. Absolutely great location and service!!!!
