I was returning my recently purchased bracelet. I had bought the bracelet and the very next day there was a great sale . I was upset that I was not notified beforehand but I purchased a new one and returned the other one I had gotten the day before . I was afraid there would be a problem but the ease of return was great.

They efficiently handled a large group waiting in line, they were attentive but also moved customers through the purchase phase quickly.

They were very welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the product. They took the time out to make sure you were satisfied.

I went in to buy a safety chain. I didn't know which one specifically I wanted. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the availability of what they had in stock. They made some great recommendations. I ultimately chose the Family Ties chain. It was a quick visit. I was in and out within 10 minutes time.

The Pandora worker helped me with my ring size. She also let me try on multiple rings so that I could find the perfect ring for me.

There were plenty of staff to assist e. I was greaed as I entered the store. I was very impressed with the overall look of the store.
