The sales person was very nice. She took care of all 4 of us in our party that were purchasing separately. We were showed all the items we asked to see and she was very accommodating on the fact that we only had a certain amount of money to spend. She made recommendations as well. We were only visiting the area of NYC and live in south. Our trips to the north are but once a year so we may no frequent this Pandora store quite often because of the distance but it was a beautiful store.
