Christina was very help ful and very knowledgeable of the jewelry and arranging my charms she did not rush me took her time to explain my situation and choices, i was pleased with her service. However a stone fell our of my charm for the second time and this charm has been discontinued

I purchased a rope bangle in October 2017. It broke suddenly on 4/30/2018. I happened to be right across from the Pandora store on west 34th st, NYC. I explained what happened. The associate looked up my information, gave me a new bangle and also cleaned my charms and other bracelet. I was very much satisfied.

Pandora store is clean.. People are kind.People concerned with customers satisfaction.

Pandora is great places to find some happiness. when you travel the world you just want to collect charms from each country.

I’ve always wanted the pandora bracelet and it was really big for me when I went to get it. It’s more of that always the bridesmaid but never the bride type of feelIng. I loved the staff and have become friends with them over the years. This time I could finally shop for me and not only did they help me make the perfect bracelet it also came with a jewelry box. I will always go to that specific pandora store because the section is huge and the people are even better. Regardless Pandora to this day has the finest selection of jewelry for everyone and occasion. It’s like my friends and I always say, “it’s the gift that keeps on giving”
