Sale Associated was excellent in describing merchandise, going over another store to pick up merchandise desire. Convince on buying a second charms.

As soon as I walked in i was treated with a very welcoming aura. I originally just want to check something out for my girlfriend. I wasn't planning on getting anything just yet but her birthday is coming up. The sales associate showed me so many wonderful peices and even gave me the idea that each time an event or something special happens I can just get her a charm to remember the moment. I was sold

The sales associate we dealt with “Alexandra” was extremely patient with us, I had never been in a Pandora before and was buying my wife a present and was very impressed with the time this Associete gave us and had a smile the whole time. Admittedly we didn’t know what we wanted and she was very helpful suggesting a piece that would work and additional items that would look nicer with it. Definitely will be back and will call first to see if Alexandra is working :)

Staff was knowledge about her job. She cleaned and rearranged my charms on my bracele and also cleaned it. Store was easy to locate and clean.

I I’ve love pandora since the beginning, they have good cuality, good prices and I can find an store wherever im, the only problem. Was that i was looking for a Doctor (medicine) charm, and you guy just had oh nurses. But thanks you mucho I really love panDora!!

I love Pandora and my daughter and I look forward to New additions to our charms. We would love to see more sales in order to expand the collection of charms to our bracelets. Pretty soon will be visiting the store to make another purchase. Bets. Maribel

Sales associates were wonderfully helpful. It was the crowded Herald Square area store and the staff were gracious and professional with everyone. It was an enjoyable experience and the staff knew their stuff.

The sales people were attentive. The sales person who helped me, Stephany, was friendly and very professional. The store is small compared to other Pandora locations that I have been to, but I was taken care of in a timely fashion, despite the store being quite crowded.
