My visit today to the Pandora store was fantastic. As my daughters and I entered the store we was greeted by a friendly Representative that asked if he could assist us. Once we told him what we wanted, he escorted us to a line where there was another client waiting. In less than 5 minutes we were called to a very nice young man named Angel. He was fantastic! When Angel went to clean my bracelet and took care of my purchase he introduced us to Danna. She was very kind and helpful. I will return to The Herald Square location. The service was just what I expected.

The staff was friendly and seemed like they wanted to help me. They weren’t annoyed by my requests to switch out charms to see which one looks best.
