Alyssa M. was the salesperson who took care of us, and she was awesome. She took the time to show us all the charms and bracelets we asked for. She even went above and beyond by showing us how the charms, I had left at home, would look in my new bracelet. She was awesome!

The associate helping me was just amazing. Kenneth helped me choose the perfect charms for my newbracelet, he pulled out a lot of options. I will ask for Kenneth every time I go to that Pandora store.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. Could not ask for a better service. I was not sure what I wanted and she explained the differences of the merchandise to make a easier transition for me. Associates like this one should be every where. You could tell she really like what she does.

The representative, Dignelys, was extremely attentive and patient. I changed my mind a few times on two necklaces which I wanted to purchase. She smiled and brought back to me each item I wanted to see. The pieces I purchased were on display in the window and she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I love the pieces - they are different and the look is very polished. I am grateful to Didi for helping me get all of the pieces to put this look together.

Pandora had a promotion going on which on a tight budget gave me the opportunity to purchase items I wanted to have. That was awesome opportunity....thus being busy the staff had someone directing the representative that was available next to service each consumer on line....my wait time was not even long...and thought it was fair and a great idea....when taken care by the final sales rep....she gave me great advice and I thus I aimed for the sales item prior to entering the store I also purchased other items that weren't on the promotion..... Loved it...cant wait to have a lil extra to buy more! LoL

Hello, I am not usually prone to taking surveys, however after my experience with one of your sales associates at the Herald Square Store really inspired me to do so. Jon was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked into the store. I stopped by to drop off both my mothers and mine bracelets for cleaning and he was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the cleaning process and how to care for the bracelets. When I came to pick both bracelets up, he even remembered my name and kindly offered to balance our bracelets and made them even look even more beautiful. I felt like my bracelet need something else to look more complete, and he took his time to discuss the options available and helped me find the perfect spacers that I would like and fit between my price budget. I felt like a was shopping with a friend instead of a salesman and that really made my overall experience so much more easy going and enjoyable. ( I am usually an online shopper for everything but I will be coming back to this store in the future!) Jon's customer service is truly exemplary!

I am very happy with my service. Rent in for earrings and ended up with charms, rings and earrings. Love pandora sales!!!!
