Easy quick, and friendly staff!

I was happy that this Pandora finally had my initial. The salesperson was very friendly and welcoming.

Upon entering the store, my friend and I were greeted with warm welcomes. I told the associate that I was there for earrings, and she showed me the selections available. She also passed me a booklet that I can browse with ease instead of waiting for other customers to leave the display table. The associate that worked with us was more than friendly, she also told us about upcoming plans for sales. We highly recommend this store. The only reason why I won’t be returning any time soon is because it’s not near my house and there’s a local pandora near me.

I came in to exchange a bracelet. Although I was unable to because I didn’t have a receipt, Tracy was very helpful in doing all she could to help. I wound up buying the bracelet in the correct size. She was helpful in making the transaction go smoothly.

Staff was exceptional and once I told her what I was looking for she made my experience quick and easy. She had great customer service to where I purchased more items to go along with the earrings.

I was greeted at the door and waited a little for the next available sales rep. She was very professional and very patient. Upon leaving I realized that I had the wrong size bracelet and had to turn back. The manager dealt with the exchange for me and she was very professional about doing it. Respect to Pandora
