We were visiting the New York Pandora. I just started my first bracelet so I wanted to get my second charm. Christina was the person that helped us out she was soo nice and very attentive. She gave me many tips and reassured me of Pandora’s policy and procedure when it came to my charms and bracelet.

They accommodated me to exchange my ribs size past the 30 day mark. That was very special since the ring was a gift from my sister and she did not know my true size. The ring would have been useless otherwise.
