I WAS GREETED BY DANIELLE WHO HELPED US RIGHT AWAY . SHE EVEN SUGGESTED GETTING A PANDORA CARD WHICH SAVED ME MONEY. EVEN THE STORE MANAGER WAS SO HELPFUL AND SWEET. I LOVE THE WAY THEY PACKAGE THE CHARMS. THE STORE IS VERY WELL KEPT. IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. ANN NANFRA

All the employees are extremely helpful, honest, and friendly. I cam in with my daughter and she was getting uncomfortable and they were so helpful with her. You guys have a great staff working.

As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and a gentleman assisted me without any wait. I told him what I was looking for and without hesitation he pulled out everything that match. He even was able to go into detail about the charms. Impressive!

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. Was provided with immediate assistance. The sales associate was very knowledgeable in terms of what I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful.

The person who took care me was alumni from John Jay and she asked to assist while the associates were having a person conversation.

I was highly satisfied because I called the store to inquire if the had the charm I was looking for. When they said they had it I asked if they can hold it for me, i was going after work to pick it up. Once i got to the store they were very nice and efficient and i left very happy.
